Ready to Record
Just finished a bunch of new songs that I am ready to record! Getting excited to hear them come to life!
Arlene has a great passion for music, lyrics, and poetry. She is always writing little scripts for various reasons, and often writes songs on a whim. Arlene loves to spend time in her studio where she ponders the meanings of her next song and she loves to play with her children, read them stories, and just have fun. Arlene is a mother, wife, and friend to many. Arlene loves to meet people and exchange ideas and talents. She has a deep passion for people and for the things they do. Arlene won a contest in order to break into the LDS music community here in Utah, just after having moved from Seattle, WA. She released her 1st CD with them and has now finished her 2nd CD. Many of the songs from both albums have touched people’s lives and the most popular song on her first CD, which often plays on the Sounds of Sunday, is Daddy’s Girl. On her second CD, she has much anticipation for several of the songs; she really anticipates the acceptance of her cherished patriotic songs, United and Freedom. Arlene spent a lot of time and love into her 2nd project and worked with several top LDS supporting artists. Arlene has also been very involved in the Grantsville community since moving to Grantsville, UT from Seattle, WA. She wrote the script for the town’s Children’s Sociable, and performed in the Old Folks Sociable. She was also cast in a few plays put on at the infamous Ivy Garden. _________________________________
There are few places around the net. Here are just a couple. If you have something you think might be good then you can ask me to look at it.

My dad would sit beside my bed, with his guitar in hand
And he’d sing me to sleep each night, until I’d hit dream land.
And in his songs he’d always sing of an angel with long dark hair.
And with tears caught in his throat, he’d wish that she were there.
He’d sing,

Fighting for Freedom - Pressing Forward

Shay’s Song - Pressing Forward

Pressing Forward - Pressing Forward

Stand for the Truth - Arlene Griffith Sings

A Mothers Love - Arlene Griffith Sings
Just for a fun example.
